Struva replaces traditional precast stairs with a modular tread-by-tread system. Each module interlocks with the last, bolts together from inside the joint, and sits on a continuous raked base — giving you a structurally sound, architecturally clean staircase that goes together fast and stays tight for life.

High-density mix
Each tread is cast from a high-density mix — frost-resistant, load-bearing, and finished to a consistent surface texture.
Stainless steel fixings
Grade 316 stainless steel bolts are used throughout — fully concealed inside the joint, corrosion-proof in exposed outdoor conditions.
Precision-formed interlock
The tongue & groove profile is cast into every module to tight tolerances — no shimming, no adjustment, no movement once bolted.
Raked base panel
The base panel is cast at the stair pitch angle, forming a continuous slope that every tread bears on — no individual packing or levelling required.

Position the base panel at your stair pitch. It forms the continuous slope that all treads bear on — no individual packing or levelling required per step.
Drop the first tread
Lower the first tread module vertically onto the base. The tongue & groove profile locates it precisely — no measuring, no adjustment.
Stack and interlock
Each subsequent tread drops onto the last. The interlock prevents any forward or lateral movement before the bolts are even tightened.
Tighten concealed bolts
Stainless steel bolts clamp each joint from both sides using a standard socket wrench — hidden from view, tight, and permanent.
Finished staircase
No visible fixings, no gaps, no movement. A complete external staircase with a clean architectural finish — ready to use the same day.
